where in the bible does it say that if I deny him being God i'm denying Him. Jesus himself denied being God does that mean Jesus Denied His God? Why are you asking "where in the bible"? when you don't even listen to what the bible says. Jesus never denied he was God and saying he did is not even in the bible. Do you see you are under delusion? Asking where in the bible and then denying what the bible says and saying things that are not in the bible

Dude the other day you told me Jesus denied being God because he didn't want everyone to know so that they would crucify Him now you say he never said that which is it?

Hey BK (or whatever you want us to call you) - Maybe you should go back to page 5 and read my response to you. It seems like you didn't see it at first.

What came to mind for me is these verses. I don't know the absolute Truth in this situation as I still am very far from knowing God, but I feel like God put it on my heart to show how amazing Jesus is. I know the website has an article on these verses, but it goes into the Greek to describe what Paul was really saying and just becomes too much head-knowledge. I don't want to make this a rule, so I won't, but usually when theologians or people that have much knowledge of the Bible go through great lengths to prove/disprove something, it doesn't sit well with me. The Spirit is perfectly capable of speaking amazing things in few words that speak right to someone's heart.
Phillipians 2:5-8 5 Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. 8 Being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.

Well i can't reason with someone who just wants to lie and assume things. The only reason why I'm telling you all this is because you may end up deceiving others and there will be blood on your hands when you meet the Lord when you die. I've told you the truth and now it's not my responsibility to say any more.

Yeah i gave the scripture on page 6 as well. He didn't listen.

im having trouble seeing the part where God or Jesus says Jesus is God in phil 2 5-8 i do see the part about a bond servant and a servant serves his master but doesnt claim to be master either out of respect or fear

Mathew thank you for being humble enough to say you don't know the absolute truth in this situation I am in no way trying to force my beliefs however I am trying to drive home the point that some people Just dont want to find the truth by opening their eyes to other opinions. I do however want this to always be in your mind so you don't stop looking for the truth because you think you have it all figured out which is why me and waris are at odds

im having trouble seeing the part where God or Jesus says Jesus is God in phil 2 5-8 i do see the part about a bond servant and a servant serves his master but doesnt claim to be master either out of respect or fear I think that's the issue. I'm not trying to prove Jesus is God, I just felt led to post what I posted. I don't know why, but I felt it. Don't seek to find an answer that you're looking for and expect to reach the truth in your own strength. Seek to surrender your being to God and seek His face, and his Truth will permeate your being. That's what happened to me. I always sought answers for myself and did it all myself and I just heaped death on myself because there was so much flesh and law in it and I made a lot of other Christians stumble. My fruits didn't show the love and wisdom of God, they just showed me speaking a lot of verses and regurgitating preachers' sayings to show how other people weren't thinking or living the right way. I'll continue praying for you guys. I don't want anyone to give in to the devil, I just want people to have a relationship with our Lord without any barriers keeping us from receiving the fullness of His love and His will for us.

I learned alot from this so far...I learned I still don't have very good people skills and I'm terrible at turning the other cheek; something i'm going to have to work on! I learned there alot of "believers" out there just as lost as me!
