Request for confirmation

I've been going through quite a bit recently. I had previously heard the lord and followed closely but was back slidden for a while. In the past year or so the lord has brought me back, and I am hearing him again. I have been going through a lot of issues lately and have been in deep prayer about them. I feel as though the Lord had told me one thing, then another day in prayer I felt as though I was told the opposite. I'm struggling with this right now and am hoping someone can pray for a word of knowledge for me. I continue to seek the lord on this, but am hoping that there is someone who is more mature in christ who can help me. 

I apologize for being vague about the situation, I did this purposely in hopes that if the Lord does give someone a word of knowledge to help me along, that the devil won't have room to sew doubt into my mind seeing as I didn't explain the details of what is going on..
