Help , I'm battling with extreem fear..I was betrayed, abused and traumatized last year and eventually im so overcome with fear and terror...and rejections...I need your help... I can't seem to move on from the past due to this...gripped with fear beyund explination ...everyday...I shut down cant move and lose focus... please continue to pray for me till iv overcome..please, thank you!

Some people suggust to write down the names of people that wrong us and say out loud God I forgive them. And then rip the paper into pieces. Edit: Another thing God is reminding me of how we can give people mercy, forgiveness, but one of the harder things to do is give someone grace. |

You got this sister. I prayed and will continue.
It will take lots of disciplining your thougts and renewing mind with Bible verses. Fight it actively. Seek Gods face and He will fill you with His peace. For me it was a long process so never give up! It is still ongoing battle but now its less effort and cant even compare my state now to where ive been before.
You totally have my back up
