I think I may have some envy/covetness towards people who don't seek God. The reason behind that might be because I don't know how to seek God that well and those people seem to be having fun. Could be my flesh/old self wanting to go back to things I used to do.

Please pray for me to not be like that.

Hebrews 9:14 has blown my faith in Jesus Christ to a new perspective.

People say "Jesus loves you, but no one ever says Jesus loves your dog or mom more than you do." Jesus's love for us is more than we're capable of towards others & ourselves.

There is never a reason to envy someone especially a person who still lives according to the world. You have the one true living God, so what more do you want. You also have free will. Remember there are salvation issues and then there are Holy issues. Whatever God is convicting you of, that you put down. No one said you can’t have fun. Just as long as you don’t willfully sin while having that fun. The more closer you get to God the more you focus on storing up heavenly treasures. Do those things I said on the other thread about getting closer to God.
