King James Bible
Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
English Standard Version
Luke 10:27 And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”
What the fastest way to reach this level of love for God?

Depends if you love God for God or to get something out of it. Ask for the love of God and study to show yourself approved when the time comes to be tested. Also think about righteousness, meekness, mercy and goodness. In fact think every aspect of who God is and what characteristics he portrays. Bible says his delight is in the law of the lord and in his law does he meditate day and night. There are different character traits the bible says to seek. search the term "seek" and you will find.

“She had a sister called Mary, who was seated at the Lord's feet, listening to His word. But Martha was distracted with all her preparations; and she came up to Him and said, "Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to do all the serving alone? Then tell her to help me." But the Lord answered and said to her, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and bothered about so many things; but only one thing is necessary, for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her."” Luke 10:39-42 NASB
Mary was doing the one thing necessary, spending time with Jesus
“You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13 NASB
Spend time with God. Spend time in prayer, in the Scriptures. You really have to build the relationship up with Him, it’s something that requires patience and meekness. If you’re not seeking Him with all your heart already, of course you can “speed it up”, but it’s really about going at the perfect pace according to His timing. One thing I’ve done wrong in the past is treating my relationship with God as a set of milestones of achievements that I needed to accomplish instead of treating God like He’s a real being and our Dad and King and Master and Husband. The devil is just always going to want to steal our time in private with God, so just make sure to fight against the temptation and seek His face.
