Try praying everytime you are led to pray. In the middle of work or trveling somewhere. Just try to be in dialogue with God thruout the day.
Also I believe God wants me to get up at 5 to pray. Since I heard that ive seen many christians being led to pray at 5 am.
This is very difficult but I feel if God ordained that it will be most productive.

I understand the struggle. It could be a few things: you gotta work your way up (like training your body, etc.), spiritual warfare definitely, and what Moni said could be right, you should pray when God leads you to pray. Let it flow out of your love for Him too, don't make it a point where you say, "Now I'm gonna pray and put in all my petitions, etc". This can honestly happen throughout the day too. By no means though, still be intentional in times where you have alone time with Him, but again that comes out of love and wanting to have a closer relationship with someone. Ask and allow God to pray through you. Tongues also helps a lot, so if you haven't already, ask to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
I honestly don't have the 'right answer', but my best advice is to just ask God why it's so hard and tell Him all of these problems, He'll sort it out and show you. He loves us and wants us to be able to hear His voice and have life.

Yes and without prayer this walk is impossible. Its so evident especially when the warefare becomes intense and we start losing grip. I believe morning prayers are the most important to get fuel for the day and wisdom and guidance.
