So I heard God tell me to pray to see through the eyes of Jesus and Doug confirmed it. The problem is I’m afraid that I will fail. I’m concerned that if God answers the prayer that I may fail in the future and ruin everything.

That fear of failure comes from pride. It's not you doing the work it's God and all you have to do is believe. Pray God will keep you from falling and believe it. Problem solved.

It is pride because you are saying that God is not good enough the help you succeed. It’s putting your trust in yourself and not God.

It may also be a spirit of fear so it might be a good idea to pray against that as well. Also if God told you to pray for that, then trust he knows what hes doing.

It is pride because you are saying that God is not good enough the help you succeed. It’s putting your trust in yourself and not God. Will I'm talking about being in God's perfect will for my life. Doug gave an example where he and other christian man wanted to out and eat. The man suggested a place and Doug said ( paraphrased) "You're not going to ask God where we should eat?". The man said no God isn't concerned where I eat and after they ate, it seem God wasn't in the situation. Then Doug talks about divine appointments and how they probably missed some. Doug gave an another example where God told him to meet a person at a particular place, but the person never showed up.
