I did an estimate that it would take about of $3000 worth of 4" PCV pipe to start siphoning the cave out. It's 800 feet to the front of the back rooms. 4" PVC is $1.70 a foot at Lowe's, couplings are $2.
So 1600 ft would be 160 pieces = $2720 and $320 in couplers, so not including glue you already are at $3040 in costs.

The cave has already been 90% drained with 2" PVC siphon. I ran it through the back of the previous haunted house and out the culvert tunnel down to the pond. You can walk out the dome out in the field now. I stopped draining the water when I ran out of pipe.
