Hello while reading I noticed Jesus made these two statements to the twelve apostles in Matthew. I will post them below. I'm wondering if they apply to Judas as well, since he didn't die yet?
Matthew 10:1
" Jesus called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness."
Matthew 19:28
" Jesus said to them, "Truly I tell you, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. "

Of course, it was to all of his disciples. Today when you read you Bible, that is Jesus talking to you.

Very little is known about the state of specific people after they leave this world. As Paul said, it is not lawful to speak of such things (speaking of heaven).

At Pentecost peter and the 11 apostles prayed to god to show them with person would fill Judas position. Its called apostolic authority. Jesus did start an authorized church abd did appoint apostles who then in turn appointed successors to their positions!
Its called the catholic church
god bless and praise the risen lord from new zealand~

umm, i think history shows that the catholic church was raised up by the emperor of rome and modeled after paganism... anyways, that doesnt really matter.
on to matthew 19:28:
God can give things to you and can take them away. I dont think that judas iscariot will be getting a throne of any kind. Paul might have that throne now, or maybe he has his own throne. Not sure. the bible reference i have for this is around matthew 26:24 (my bible software isnt giving me the verse numbers...):
"Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve. And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me. And they were exceeding sorrowful, and began every one of them to say unto him, Lord, is it I? And he answered and said, He that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me. The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born. Then Judas, which betrayed him, answered and said, Master, is it I? He said unto him, Thou hast said. "
This right here really looks like judas will be (was) sent to the lowest parts of hell, where it is so bad that it really would have been better for him to not have been born.
